Refund & Cancellation Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

 

• Damaged or defective products on delivery

• Incorrect items received

• Non-delivery of order

 

 

Non-Refundable Cases

 

• Customized or personalized artworks (unless damaged/defective)

• Change of mind after placing an order

• International duties, taxes, or handling charges

 

 

Process

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with details and proof (images/videos). Once approved, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

 

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been processed yet.
